1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Modzi3D service. The operator is TwinMinds Web LLC, 30 N Gould St #54819, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Corporate enquiries: [email protected]; +1 312 940 6318. Paid subscriptions and image-to-3D generation are available subject to account, credit and service-availability checks. Contact [email protected] for contractual questions.

Use the service only where you can enter a binding agreement or have any authorization required by applicable law. Do not create an account for someone else without authority. Additional plan details shown at checkout form part of a purchase at purchase.

2. Accounts and access

You must create an account using your email address or an enabled Google sign-in flow before submitting any generation request. Email verification may be required. Browsing public guides does not require an account.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure and report unauthorized access promptly. Do not share accounts to evade usage limits, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain administrative access. Account controls and service availability may be restricted when needed to investigate abuse or protect other users.

One-time free preview

When available, the free offer allows one submitted image-to-3D generation per eligible verified account and recognized device. The allowance is recorded at submission and is not replenished by changing accounts or repeating a request. If a technical failure occurs, contact support with the task reference for review.

The free offer provides rendered previews only. Original model downloads require a confirmed, non-refunded paid subscription during its access period. A browser checkout success message, a free subscription period, an unpaid invoice, an administrator credit adjustment, or a credit-pack purchase alone does not unlock a trial model. Device-verification failures prevent free submissions.

3. Your uploads and generated outputs

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your reference material. You grant only the permissions needed for the service and its providers to perform your requested processing, store and return results, and provide support. Any broader use must be separately disclosed and authorized where required.

Generated output may contain errors, resemble other material, or require substantial correction. Availability of an output does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, commercial clearance, or freedom from third-party rights. Review the applicable provider terms and your source material before using an output commercially.

4. What the service does and does not guarantee

Image-to-3D generation produces a proposed model from a reference. It does not certify exact dimensions, printability, engineering fitness, correct topology, or animation readiness. Review files in suitable tools before relying on them.

Concept illustrations in the website and blog are labeled separately from actual generated results. A concept image is not a performance benchmark. We do not promise fixed completion times or unlimited usage unless a published plan explicitly provides them.

5. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

Before purchase, the checkout must identify price, currency, applicable tax, billing interval, included credits, renewal rules, and any expiry or rollover conditions. Generation costs must be displayed before a request is submitted. The Pricing page shows current plans and allowances. Annual subscriptions are charged upfront, while their credit and model allowances renew monthly. Unused subscription credits expire monthly; gifts and separately purchased credits remain in the persistent balance.

Eligible first-time subscribers on any monthly or annual plan can choose a card-required 3-day free trial with 5 Base image models and 1 Pro image model. It renews automatically at the selected plan’s monthly or full annual price shown at checkout unless cancelled in Account > Billing before the trial ends. The selected plan’s monthly credit allowance begins only after successful payment. Trial allowances expire at trial end and cannot be exchanged between tiers.

Do not rely on a browser success message alone as confirmation of payment. Credits and subscription access are granted from confirmed payment events. Technical failures and billing disputes are handled through the refund and cancellation policy and [email protected].

6. Acceptable use and enforcement

Do not use the service for illegal content, unauthorized personal images, fraud, harassment, rights infringement, malicious uploads, security bypasses, or attempts to circumvent payment and credit controls. See the Acceptable Use Policy for more detail.

Depending on severity, we may reject a request, remove access to content, temporarily restrict an account, or terminate access. Where appropriate, users may contact support to explain or appeal an action. We may preserve relevant records when required for security or legal obligations.

7. Availability, responsibility, and disputes

Maintenance, provider changes, outages, and failures may affect availability. Keep your own copies of downloaded outputs you need. No statement here excludes protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are intended to be governed by Wyoming law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. No clause waives a right that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
